Predator
The crocodile is a very special animal. They can stay absolutely still in the water for hours waiting for their prey. All their body is submerged in the water, leaving only the eyes and the nose slightly above the water. It is thus very hard for their prey to notice the danger. When they are maneuvering in the water, they can move so quietly that the surface is kept still. Amazing!
Crocodiles have four chambered heart, unlike other reptiles which only have two. However, crocodile's heart operation is rather complicated, with an extra valve and sometimes can be like a three chambered heart.
"Crocodile embryos do not have sex chromosomes, and unlike humans sex is not determined genetically. Sex is determined by temperature, with males produced at around 31.6 °C, and females produced at slightly lower and higher temperatures. The average incubation period is around 80 days, and also is dependent upon temperature." (Wikipedia)
