Drop box of sub-thread top menu is blocked by "post box"

Hi,

Just want to report a bug.

The drop box of the top menu (eg New Posts Private Messages FAQ etc...) is ok but the menu into the sub threads (e.g. in Canon Forum the "search forum" on the right hand side), the drop box gets hidden. Maybe see if can "bring to front" the drop box.

I also encounter same issue on IE7 but dont have any issues on IE8....
