Thanks, I like to keep the mix up. It makes my gallery look a little less mundane. I haven't done bmx photos for quite awhile due to the lack of a second flash but the recent ones were done with a body mounted external flash.

I wouldn't know how you'd manage to strobe downhill cyclist without making them go up and down the hill a million times though but I would expect the photos to be mind blowing!
