Of course guys are gonna look, we're genetically programmed that way. It's well known that women have much better peripheral vision than men so they will check guys out but can do it without getting caught. Men have "hunter/gather" narrow vision and have to turn head to look so will always risk getting busted.

Think you're friend should concern herself with how she dresses in the office or how she signs documents rather than try to change thousands of years of genetic evolution.

It's also true that men are notorious single-taskers so when women are talking to us we have a choice of (a) listen to you (b) imagine you naked. We can't do both! And people write whole books on Why Men Don't Listen.

Yup, it is also courtesy to remind her. This reminds me of an incident during a meeting. My female colleague was presenting a slide at a meeting at HP when her bra-strap fastener gave way. Nobody noticed that, but I just happened to see it at that moment. Hence, I stood up and offered to take over, so that she could go to the restroom. Then after the meeting, she thanked me and joked with me that I was so 'observant'.
