May i know what kind of dot sight adapter should i get to fix into the camera hot shoe .My dot sight has a "rail base" . Thanks

You need to get one with a hot shoe adapter.

Rail based dot sights are commonly for fixing onto firearms like rifles. They may not be suitable for cameras.
Dot sights for cameras are like for example Olympus EE-1 Dot Sight. Naturally these have a foot to fit into a camera's hot shoe.
