I have two schnauzers. I can't let them off their leash because they love birds, cats, toddlers, flying plastic bags, etc.


I believe they were bred to be ratters, so they get really excited by small scurrying things ....even medium-sized scurrying things. Maybe it's just the scurrying that gets them excited.


How to bring out for photoshoot? :dunno:

#5 After a day of Hard Dog's Life, what better way then to Chill out!

Alrights Folks. Clarke Quay might be a good place to look out for outdoor shots as its practically outdoors. =) and not much ppl in the afternoon.

Wow! Your schnauzer is soooo cute! :bsmilie: Was he mostly off-leash?

I find my schnauzers very hyper outdoors. Also, one of them is my mom's precious. Can't afford to let anything happen to precious, you know. I think I'll be too stressed to think of camera angles, etc if they are off-leash and I have to watch out for what they'll want to chase.

If there's an outing, can I tag along and shoot someone else's dogs? :sweat:

I dont mind organizing but that have to wait as I will be busy for the next month.

As for hyper outdoors, guess most dogs are. can arrange to shoot in a place enclosed mah. Like Pet Movers Dog Run. Nice enclosed space for your dog to release their energy. My previous thread shooting them here.

Then you dont have to worry about them being hyper. Also, the place is free still. Pasir Ris farmway area. Hyper good for action shots also!

when he was young, there was still tear stain....slowly tear stain gone. not ps-ed ;p

Anyway, didnt know can bring dog to pulau ubin, thats a first. Does the tug boat allow? and what form of payment? First one is at Mutts and Mittens?

anyway.. there is a monthly dog hash/gathering and that's usually where lots of dogs gather.

And as for ubin... you can bring dogs.. but you need to book the whole boat at $24 per trip and the max people it can carry is 12 people i think. Sometimes the boat owner will request that you muzzle your dog too. and Cash.
