Does Zeiss Ikon lenses fit on the M7?

Hi all,

A friend of mine asked me if these new Zeiss Ikon (Z1 lenses) lenses will fit on the Leica M7 camera without any problems? Since I don't use Leica I post this question here.......thanks in advance!

I use the 21, 35 and 50 ZM on my M7, works great.
