Does a Hanica SF-2000 flash work with a D5D?

Does anyone know if a Hanica flash can work with D5D, using a flash adaptor? Tried using but doesn't seem to work. :dunno: Want to use it to trigger off studio flashes. Tks.

This flash is triggered by your camera's flash.

It's supposed to be able to be used as a hotshoe flash too. Have seen others using it, but not on KM though.

what adapter u use bro?

last night i try using those 3rd party adapter it works okay...
i use a very cheap dumb flash suntax it works.. with the PC and the Hot shoe

Tried both the 3rd party adaptor and FS-1100. Also tried an IR-trigger but doesn't work too. Only a RF trigger worked so far. Only certain accessories work? :think:

Are you meeting jsbn to collect your stuff? Can bring your adaptor and flash to test? :bsmilie:

Thanks, but there's no way of telling if it works with D5D with the info. Anyone has any idea how to tell if a 3rd party accessory will work?
