awesome stuff that has been coming in lately.

on the way to becoming a good documentary photographer bro!

nice...didn't know you shot streets with flash..very nicely done..have always avoided flash as it made shots "un-natural", it's like taking away the "realism" of the moment, if you know what i mean.

great stuff, where was this shot at?

Thanks bro, this series was done in Batam, went to the fishing villages/slums to see how the locals live their lives there.

Hey thanks man, yeah I understand where your coming from. I used to think like you too, that flash was absurd and all shots have to come from available light. I started off like that too, 100% available light but as I progressed, came to realised that if one push beyond the constraints and rules, you get to explore and see more. Think Im at an experiential stage of my photographic journey..

That being said, I dont use flash for all of my shots. I deviate in between, only using lighting if I can get access and interact with the subjects (Opera artiste, local folks, friendly peeps etc..), and this falls more into documentary rather than street photography.

Otherwise, I'll still do available light while on the streets. I know the traditional school folks will bash me for this

Nice shot! I can't take my eyes of the pic...

Wow love this shot!

Thanks guys for supporting and appreciating!:D
