Mount Elbert.

It is not Mt Elbert. My first 2 photos more or less prove it :)
It has one famous scene associated as well:

Lake George? Castle Peak?

Lake George? Castle Peak?

OOh I am not familiar with these names, guess is not correct :)

If you happen to go there, don't forget this beautiful house not too far from there (this is not a hint though)

Got to admit, Ted888, u really got me head-spinning this round!

Ha ha, you finally got it, well done:thumbsup:

I tried to lay the hints all the way, first Zichar passed the chance to me to post, so I pick one from Colorado (as I promised to post for him one photo) which I knew he recently went there (from his posting). Even if he didn't go to Pikes Peak, he must have read about it and close...

Pikes Peak is composed of a characteristic pink granite. And is a limited few mountains that cars can drive all the way up(must use gear one to go down all the way). These are being shown by the photos I posted. he he he...and the seven falls photo which I believe can be googled.

Over to you and Gong Xi Fa Cai to all!

Ted888,
Your well-plan hints are too advance for me; given tat I've not even heard of this place before.
Nevertheless, your Q has refreshed me how beautiful Colorado is; may b I should propose a holiday there to my wife! :D

Lunar new year is here, I hereby wishing everyone healthy n wealthy; follow by a simple Q on where is the following spring photo taken at? ;p

Feng Huang , hunan

U got it right!
It's Feng Huang Gu Zhen; a historical city built over Tuo River of Hunan Province since AD1704: http://baike.baidu.com/view/1600.htm

Very nice place to spend a long weekend over the guesthouse along the riverbank. Waking up to morning herding of horses/cows across the bridges; listening to boat-men/women singing while enjoying a cup of nice hot tea at own balcony. Enjoy some really fresh river catch, or scroll around the vivid n gorgeously lite-up city.

Kurrypork, your turn!

HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE.

Happy New Year to all !! Back in action after a few day of rest ...

HCNY! Just got back and checked the thread
Gave Pike's Peak and the Garden of the Gods in Co Springs a miss, though my host from airbnb did suggest that
That bridge looks like a single rather than a double... heh

Taiwan Taipei Double Shu Hongdao (台北縣二重疏洪道微風運河)

Nice guess, but this is not in Taipei county ...

In that case, I guess Hualian county (台灣.花蓮縣.花蓮市)

My guess is the Red Bridge at 宜蘭, 東山河.
