Do you drink coffee every morning?

It seems to make me more awake. But dont want to depend on it leh. Anyone needs it every morning?
 

I do. If I don't have it, I'll start feeling the Z bugs by late morning LOL.
 

Hmm every time I have lectures to attend. I'm starting to think universities and colleges ought to provide complimentary coffee at least once a day. Might be a sure way to raise their standards. :think:
 

about 5 a day without fail :bsmilie:
 

My day does not seem to go well without it - at least a cup in the morning. Usually end up drinking more than 3 cups in the A.M. 7 days a week.
 

try sleeping at 10pm, wake up at 6am, after a while you won't need coffee :p

but i can't so i drink every morning, weekends on tea :p

I sleep at 1-2am... Too much work. :(
 

i live on coffee.

i think i cant go more then 6 hours without coffee. other then sleeping times.. though i can still sleep almost immediately after any cup of coffee.. no matter how strong. haha.
 

I drink Coffee mutilple time a day..... on the avg, 3-4 cup a day (3in1 type).... I work alot of shift.... Coffee is the difference between being 'Alive', or being a 'Zombie'.... :sweat:
 

I drink both coffee and tea often everyday, some medical reports said its bad while some said its good for the brain stimulation, is it proven?

Thinking of quitting.
 

I do. I think I drink coffee -- usually instant coffee -- twice a day at a minimum.

Cofee at the office to keep me focus. I do design works..

I drink coffee during breakfast and after lunch. Minimum 2 cups a day! :)
 

Coffee used to keep me awake, but since I'm now immune to it, now only red bull sugarless does.

let me teach u how to prevent so sleepy.

Step 1: breathe in the air slowly for a count of 10
Step 2: hold ur breath for a count of 10
Step 3: breathe out slowly in a count of 10
Step 4: repeat Step 1 to 3 again for twice.

And u awake!

This helps me alot!!!
