Hi all,

I just got my 5600HS and finally got time to do some test shots for my flash and my 7D also........ :sweatsm:

I realised in A mode, the shots always turn out underexposed, I experience this during daytime shoots also.... does this mean my camera metering is off liao??

I will only get the exposure i want if i purposely go and set the EV + 1 or 1.3 ....
hmmmmm......
attached the pic for you guys to see~

How did you shoot it? Bounced?

had similar problems! went to kmsc and told the guys that the pics come out mostly underexposed. They recalibrate it for me and voila! cost me transposrt as the camera and flash was still under warranty.

so this is a common problem huh~~
need to send in flash + body? no need lens hor?
where the service center? wat time open?

I think the original exposure is acceptable... just a bit of levels in PS will solve it... but if calibration solves the problem by all means... I think it'e better to have the camera underexpose by 0.3 stops cos that means that u have more room to play about with since highlights are always so easily blown on a DSLR...

soory, don't know the opening hours but I know it'll be open at 4.00pm weekdays (cuz thats when i went)

Near commonwealth Mrt. Haw Par Technocenter. 5th floor I think, Tower B.
