Away from the zoom, this one's from the UWA... Tit for tat...that's for sniping at the Nikon "helpdesk"... :bsmilie: Obviously Smile88 has switched on to "own time, own target" mode...

Nope. I exchanged SMS with 2 others, this is the 3rd, which I did not call. Got tired. First one fly me aeroplane, second one insisted on 750.
600 is good price if it is a local set.
Thing is HK also running out now. but if can find new in HK, price is around 680.
Looks like the cat's out of the bag....

Got it today at a good price. Extremely good condition.
Bro, you should quote from Quizesilver not me, he thinks it's manual... :bsmilie:
same la... post only everyone can see...
But push pull is a love hate relationship... some people love it, some people hate it.
For me I kind of like it, with one fast movement, I can zoom in or out and manual focus at the same time... very fast.
Thing is, this lens is completely metal. Not light. LOL. :bsmilie:
And the lens did not come with hood. I had to buy an original new HB-7 from OP. Total I spend? around $760. Lens is in amazing condition. Even the mount looks clean and quite mint.

but the 80-200 also ard same price for longer reach.
my bad, cause i tot this is a manual lens cause "push pull" focusing. nv did my search in this lens.
bert, how is it at low speed? 1/20 etc?
but no receipt still can proof local set? also warranty also cannot le rite?

yeah agreed....80-200 is the better buy if price is similar. You can never have enough reach!

IQ is not bad, but can see more CA than 70-200VR2. But then again, my little cannon cost me $700+ compared to a $3k lens.
No VR bro... Need really good technique.... need to maintain shutter speed at 1/150 fully zoomed...
But if dudes in the 80s/90s/00s can do it, and use this lens in professional areana, I don't see why I can't. It is just practice.![]()
The Toki if 550 to 600 with no warranty can buy. It is a more suitable range if your aim is to shoot portraits.
Yes, that is why I jumped at this. seller list asking price at 850. Lower to 750. and I closed it at 730. I think disadvantage, because seller is from China, and he cannot speak english, so not many people call him to ask.
