It's a v simple flash. But at least the flash output usually swee swee. I have one manual flash (old one). Need many shots to fine tune and get decent exposure.

wah lucky I never sign up for 10 km runs this year. If not, every week of October also got run I think. Last week was Mizuno run and TNF Run(But TNF different level, got 25km, 50km and 100km), this week Real Run, next week Nike 10km. Will ki siao 1!!
