whenever you bring your baby for check up . . . you can get quite a number of milk tins/packets. ASK FOR IT !!!

Be nice to the lady at the desk . . . a few time, i got myself 2 big bags full of milk powder.

i am using Enfapro '2' for baby and '4' for my girl.

Agree with ZCA, it's better to be safe than sorry. No travelling outside of Singapore for first few years also... it's a mad world out there!

As per usual, don't go crowded malls during the weekends - in fact better go to REAL parks than mall... UV light kills fungus on our lenses as well as germs... :thumbsup:
