Which part of Brunei is it?

According to the dive operator its Brunei bay. If u mean specifically names of dive sites,
these are the sites i have dived: Cement Wreck, Rusukan Reef, Australian Wreck, Abana Reef, RigReef and Pelong Rocks.

i did take a portion of the map..

Diving at Brunei bay, is it a day trip kind of dive from Bandar Seri Begawan or are there dive resorts? What's cost like?

Brunei has a long coast line on the east, all the way south to Seria and then can cross over to Miri, Sarawak. Are there diving in those other towns too?

Hmm no dive resorts. Ya day trip out to dive. But dive operator has guest stay above dive shop well equipped with wifi, common shower room. and its near to the jetty i would say about 5mins drive away... daily pick up from dive shop to jetty. Cost is stated in the website as u have found. i think u can email them to find out more..

Apparently diving is not common in Brunei (after speaking to the operator and i picked up a tourism magazine in the airport with only 3 dive operator names in it ). This shop is pretty new actually, recommended by another friend so im not really sure about other dive shops that does diving ard the area u mention but i think u can check with them?

The wrecks are all located in Malaysian waters nearer to Labuan.

Pelong rocks bring back many memories as a young kid living in Brunei. That's also where our boat sank while we we were out diving. I was sea sick so my dad put me on the island just before the boat sank. Fortunately all survived, due to the heroic rescue efforts of a lone boatman that happened to be at the island waiting to ferry workers home who were building a light house there.

Hmm i dono if its a practise, juz that my friend carried one with him...
Current is not extremely strong but can be quite a force, esp. if u wan to take macro pictures hovering can be tough.
