by 11am it'll get pretty hot.
If you like, you can do the TCSS session at Parkview Square cafe, in air-conditioned comfort.
There's an LCD tv in there we can hook up to a laptop, so people can 'showcase' their photos from the outing immediately.

Let me know what you think of this idea.
Unfortunately I think I'll be a little hungover early Saturday morning, but 10+ to 11am should be ok for me :bsmilie:

yup... at the courtyard area with the golden swan...

It's actually non-operational on Saturdays, but i have the key... hehehe.
If not intending to use the LCD for showing photos, then probably just any kopitiam will do.

I'd like the participants to show their photos so that we can all easily view it and give comments.

In that case, they'd have to shoot in JPG (+ RAW, if they want) so can easily view the pics on the computer.

err... there are some steps to negotiate though. Can get to the courtyard level no problemo, through the main entrance on Fraser St, but to the cafe is another 10 steps or so. They do have an elevator for wheelchair but it's K.O. already and they're not intending to fix it.
