hmm how to set the ratio when cropping in PS?

Er... ok... This is for PS 5.... sould be around the same for the other versions... make sure you have the "options" window open. If its not, click:
Windows -> Show Options

First click on the Rectangular Marquee tool to select it

Then, at the options window, click on the Style drop box and select constraint Aspect Ratio.

Then, enter the required ratio into the Hide and Width textbox.

Now when you select, it'll be fixed at the ratio you provided.

the ratio for 4R photos is width 2:3 height??

and after highlighting the pic liao how to select it?
only got unselect option there leh

if u use fujifilm.com.sg, it gives you the option of cropping your photo exactly as to where u want it. does not work if you have tonnes of pics to print though...unless u have a broadband connection.

Then select image -> crop

And remember to save in a different folder or filename so that you do not overwrite the uncroped version!

means if i crop siew siew then give them develop they wont crop it again rite?
