digital photobooks conversion

Hi
Does anyone have any experience with digital photobooks? I want to put this out on a tablet but the formats available don't seemto accommodate landscape viewing.

You see, I have a book out (http://www.blurb.com/bookstore/detail/2314327) and I want to convert this into a digital book but upon query with Amazon and Apple, they only support ePUB type books formats. This is problem since my images must be viewed in landscape and once this happens, the iBook or Amazon reader will scale the pictures into portrait format. This means the images are much smaller and the text bigger since ePUB was made reflowable for text.

PDF is not supported as an ebook format and even when conversion is done for Amazon Kindle, it scales to portrait mode.

Any ideas on this would be most appreciated.

Does the blurb service give you an soft copy? and if so, in what format are they in?

depending on the type of table you have in mind, most if not all will have support for single/multiple page pdf files and not just ePUB formats.
Do you wish for viewers to view your document as a single page landscape? or a double spread landscape?
