Does anyone experience missing key from the package? The stupid driver from digihub keep arguing saying that I might have throw away the key. I have yet to throw away the box and it really piss me off when he keep insisting on that.

For those who order directly, do check and ensure you have the key before letting the stupid driver off.;(

check inside/top of the cabinet, the foam padding, the plastics to see if the key is there.should have two keys. Best let the man install everything then we check. I have purchase all my dry cabinet from them and the uncle is quite helpful so far.

It may be just my luck and as mentioned previously, I have yet to throw away anything that comes with the box and the key simply isn't there!

How any updates? Did you attempt to immediately call the company and tell them the problem?

I did and the same driver who delivered the cabinet still argue and insist that it's a common problem with customer who tends to throw away the key. C'mon... I still have the box and everything is there, when can the key goes if it is really in the box!!!

The product may be good but with such service, I will turn to other manufacturer such as AIPO which may be available in S'pore soon.

Yeah, the same uncle delivered the unit to my house before. He was very friendly and even advised me to fill up the registration card on the spot so that he could send it to his office on my behalf and help me save on the cost of postage. :thumbsup:

He insisted that I open and check the unit, must be because he had received such complaints before.

The keys, if I remember correctly, should be in the same ziplock plastic bag which contains the instruction manuals etc.

The fault, if any, of course lies with the packer.

Thanks for your post though so that new potential buyers can keep an eye out for the keys.

Call up the digihub, they only offer FOC deliver for the size of 50L and above.
for the 50 L the price is same as what written in website, $168
 

Any other brands avial to compare? Tangs just advertise again, not sure if that brand is good or not.
