I bought a AD 120 dry cabinet from Digi-hub couple of months ago. Allen helped me select the model and answered lot of my questions. It took time for me to make the arrangement and also to make the shipping arrangements. I stay in India.
I had problem with dehumidification unit and it did not work. I could not ship it back as I had no one coming to singapore. Fortunately, digi hub opened a distribution center in Bombay (India) and I had to wait for a few months. The distributor did not contact for a while. Mr. Allen helped coordinated with the distributor and helped me get a replacement unit.
Its finally working.
