whats the difference between the AD and DHC series of cabinets?

AD Series is using Digital hygrometer but setting is via a knob inside the cabinet.

DHC series is full digital control and setting is via the digital meter.

My DHC-80 RH% display shows 62RH%, sometimes 64RH%, but my setting is 50RH%. Can I send it back for repair? Tried to call 64510100 a few times but no one pick up the phone. Number changed?
