ok .. let me give you just a bit more ideal of how she wanted it to be like..
1) take a group photo of about 20 pple in it. then

2) move on to taking individual about also head and shoulder size

3) arrange the photo of 1) in the middle and then arrange the rest of the (2) members surround the main pict.. got it..
now that is my biggest prob..

and also thanks for having such fast reply

Hmmmmm.... If that's the case, you might want to try RGB and see if they can help you with it or not.... But I don't think that it's going to be cheap loh....

Oh and also. Remember to leave space in your group shoot for the rest of the picture hor... You might want to consider a super wide angle like 17mm or 14mm for this... Don't think your 28mm will be enough....

since its a big place, u dun need a 14 or 17mm..
ur 28-70 is enuff for the group shot n position them in rows of 10 but leave a distance from the background as the flash will cast a shadow.

position them away frm windows as the evening sun has a orange cast.

use tripod, matrix metering, set ur flash to slow sync and f-stop abt 8.
focus on the center person in the middle row so tat the 1st n last row will be in focus too.. use ur DOF preview to check..

u also have to take note tat the lighting in the room can cause a color cast on ur film. but guess u can't do much unless u noe wat is the temperature of the lights and get a color-correct film or filter.

hope this helps..
:D

Hey I've 2x large reflectors, 2x portable slave flash with guide 28 mounted on tripod. Can be triggered with main flash mounted on your cam body for me uses a SB80DX... Also to help, I also own a Minolta light meter to measure the setting, few f2.8 lens and most important also own a good range of cokin P filters to correct the lightings... however I am also using a F80... should you need my help in the project, we can discuss $$$ cos saving hard for a DSLR. And it would really good if you can get a SLR camera to test out the set up. As my slave flashes does not comes with adjustable watts, it is purely need the light meter to tells us the setting. So a digital cam will comes handy to test out the settings is right.

Can PM me if you are interested.

Equipment is really very portable... I can carry for you if you wanna engage me as a helper... :) Anyway I use to shoot antique statues for my friend at his shop with these equipments, so far so good... so think about it. ;)

Reasons being hard up in saving for a DSLR... Anyway no obligations. Regards.
