Difference between oly 2020 and 2040

What's the difference between this two models? Anyone care to comment on the handling and performance between this two cameras?

Sure it can!!!

C-2020z has a F2.8 lens while C-2040z has a F1.8 lens......u'll have to allow a longer exposure for the C-2020z.
