I was told that the GunMetal version is not for local region. Even the service centre don't have the casing.
That is why I bought the sliver version although my family prefers the GunMetal version.

The Gunmetal is distributed by Fuji Singapore eh. The one I saw has a Fuji Singapore warranty card with FOC Extended warranty for 12 mths

But how come it is available in SG? Is the gunmetal version more rugged for handling?
Why not you make a trip down and decide for yourself? It will be easier for you if you can hands on the camera.

There is one gunmetal version display outside alan photo sim lim.
I must say the gun metal colour looks better than the silver one.

I bought the Sliver F20 around 1 month ago. Should have wait till now have GunMetal, and have 2 yrs wty.

Yesterday after called up and comfirmed do get a 1GB xD card over the weekend promotion, i went down to buy the F20 from MS color. Yes i get the new Gunmetal color it did look nicer. $399 includes 1GB card + camera case + minitripod.

Went back home after a few round of testing, i found when i do macro with flash on white surface, it will cast a bit of dark shadow over the picture corner. It seem like when the flash bounce back to the camera len, the len cover which is not entirely retracted from the len, causing the shadow.

This can be resolved by zoom in a bit or turn off the flash. Not big issue, so long not macro shooting with flash on wide surface that can bounce back the flash.

I just wonder is it happened to my camera only, or all the F20 model, or all the F series since they are having the same len construct?
