Did u guys register your warranty?

It is better to login to Nikon Club website and register your product to get additional 3 months warranty.

Actually I am wondering if they do track the online registration. Just my own suspicion, they could still track but I suspect they don't. So everything is still base on invoice/receipt. But do keep the yellow warranty card too in case they ask as the issue country of invoice/receipt have to match the country indicated in the warranty card, else they have the right to reject warranty claim.

I use the online thing for the purpose of my own tracking.

When you send your equipment to the service centre. They demand to see the receipt!!! I saw others did not bring the receipt and they told the customer that they need it for the warranty.

good that i started this thread, otherwise i wont know got extra 3 mths warranty.
Later or tmr i will go and register.

This is a smart move by nikon.
They reduce the ambiguity and argument with customers later down the road when they present their warranty.
