Well with regards to pricing, so far Standard Photo accordingly stands at the cheapest at $0.35 per 4R.

Just a pricing suggestion:

$0.30 per 4R print. (no minimum will be better but I dunno if the developing centre will accept but maybe 20pcs min is fine)
Delivery Charge: $5
Self Collect: No Additional Charge
No Handling Charges

If your prices are as such, you'll get me at least. I think gan (my friend) will also be very interested.

idea 1 : MO collection -all meet at MRT station nearest and collect
idea 2 : door delivery(not adviceable) that wil incurred more cost
my service : u can reject for the print if u r not satisfy , but r subject to 1 reject..(no lab in singapore provide this service) and u have to wait for the next delivery for MO collection(if idea 1 is adopt) all print on fuji paper and are sent direct to fujifilm main lab in AMK latest 2 day (eg fix MO collection on mon wed fri , urgent order might have to add extra cost and will be sent direct to door or private arrangement) minilab urgent order is +50% on top the usual charges
if u want kodak paper i will need sometime to find out who can offer me better same as konica or agfa paper.
i will set min as low as possible( eg if only 1 ppl from 1 certain area sent to me only 1 print i still have to serve him )
let me know if i miss anything and i cant start straight cos i gonna perpare CDRW driver and disc
