Deregistered members...

Are deregistered members allowed to create new accounts? Or does this fall under the multiple account ban?

most of the time, the Admins' stand is that if banned members come back without causing any problems, they will be allowed to participate in the forum under their new reincarnation.

however, if they continue to cause problems, then they will be inducted into the hallowed hall of "Ban on Sight" listees....
