Definition of Photography-Related Items

I just noticed a post by Szekiat selling a Tatanka Eqpt Pack L was deleted.
The reason quoted was 'only allow dedicated camera bags to be posted in Marketplace'. Now isnt that strange!! The above mentioned bag is a dedicated camera bag..
What is the definition of 'dedicated camera bag?'. Does it mean it should be made by brands that make bags only for the shutterbugs???
Its a bit wierd and we could do with some explanation.Thanks
