Me? Got it at "Peek". It's opposite the peranakan museum.

@SnapSniper, That's a very interesting makeover :-), I'm sure you had a lot of fun. That light on the hotshoe can be useful in dark places in an emergency

Not for me, though, I try not to advertise but rather hide the pedigree, for the same reason that Ken Rockwell does on his M9 or Karen Nakamura (Photoethnography.com home page - a resource for photoethnographers) does for her camera, picture in link below, no red dot, no labels ... She doesn't have to with the M9-P now, just cover the top ...

"The stickers are on my camera because I do most of work in East and Southeast Asia. It's often safer to not advertise to pickpockets your camera is German. With the old M3 case that I use, my M7 looks like an old-fashioned (thus un-fenceable) asian manual camera." - K.N.

That sounds right. I stuck some black tape over all the logos on my XE1 as I'm backpacking now. Don't need any attention.

Barton1972 Braided camera straps. Which colour is for you?

lol what! :bsmilie: those straps look like snakes. The two XE-1 configurations are hilarious

Love the 'Sniper' Model..... Normally you have other cameras that use an adapter for M-Mount lenses.... First time I have seen an 'M' camera with a Nikon mount.... ;)

How would a 'rangefinder' manage to focus the Nikkor???? Or maybe that's the new M with live view. :D

Great thread. Keep it up!

I have to manual focus on the Nikkor lens. Hope they include peaking mode from the X100s in future!
