Danga Bay - J.B.

In fact, Malaysia has got many photogenic locations. Had been to Kota Baharu, Kuala Terengganu, Kuantan, the Eastern side of the peninsula, exciting view and beaches too.

Alas, if its not for those thugs that pounce on Singapore visitors so regularly, Johore will be a good location for photography being the immediate neighbour.

Those ferry, do they travel to Singapore ? If yes, which ferry terminal ?

In Malaysia you need a car to travel, or bus. Travel agent specialize on Malaysia tour is a good place to check.

Cheers.

It is almost end of the four months long haze session, at least today the sun is out for a beautiful sunset. It is nice to see the sun again.

Thank you for your comments and encouragement, I will continue to shoot more.

Since last year until now, there had been on going road widening and constructions within and arround Daga Bay. The projects will take years to complete, and many of the nice locations for shooting sunset were totally gone or block out.

I assume that you did bring your DSLR with box. :dunno:

If you travel from Singapore to J.B. by bus or taxi, at the Malaysia J.B. custom after clearing the custom, you can walk over to City Plaza just next to the custom building and take a taxi from there.

The brand new Tune Hotel is within the Danga Bay area (West side) just next to the shop houses (pic#53), and is about 5-10 minutes walk to the beach (pic#56,57,64). F&B outlet about 3-5 minutes walk.

Cheers!

The Marina Bay is at it's full capacity now, expansion is an on-going project.

I was told, parking of sailing boat here is free.

The sunset is as good as before, but at the west side of the Danga Bay due to construction the beach is close to the public.

Thanks for the effort to showcase another interesting spot in Johor. Better than the Kulai series (which was also good).

Thanks. :)

Danga Bay is more interesting due to it's location. Is a nice place to visit and relax after a hard day work.

Cheers!
