It should not be crowded that evening. I reckon it'll be easy to just grab extra seats should the need arise.
Anyway I'll explain to the person when I make the booking.

Newbies Outings has been luckier... usually about 3-4 drop out from the original list of 25+.

if there's 9-12 people, each carrying a bag and gears, 3-4 persons can share 1 extra seat to put in their stuff, that gives us an additional 3-4 chairs just for our cameras, bags and other stuff! :bsmilie:
