standard scam. UK, Romania, all part of the plan. My friend wired money for some stuff, and after that, the company still ask for sales tax of another 500 pounds before they send. By then my friend knew he kana con. not only lost S1000 for the product, but they hungry and want more. usually western union staff will warn people because they obviously received many such reports.

sportyant, you should have this post moved in the newbie section ,,,i think this kind of scams doesnt just apply to nikon and all should be very aware of such scams.

This kind of gangs go roud the world hoping one out of millions will get hooked. "IT police" should dismantle them.

I remember many years back, I was selling my PDA, someone offer a good prices. he given his address and info on UPS account, transfer money to western union. Lucky me ask UPS about the shipment. UPS inform me is was a scam and anyone can just do a account info of UPS. UPS even teach me how to counter back the guy by asking some account info on UPS, ha....he cant answer it and in the end give up.
