I just got my D90 and some other stuff today. Do you guys think is value for money?

1. D90 with 18-200mm VR (with hood)
2. Nikkor 50mm f1.8
3. Kenko 72mm CPL slim
4. Kenko 72mm UV
5. Kenko 52mm UV
6. Lowepro stealth reporter 200
7. Cleaning cloth & Giotto mid blower (free gift)

got all these about SGD $2796.

Congrats on your buy finally... If your body had warranty then worth it.. now hope you got yourself a good set!

now for tripod.
any tripod to recommend? i'm not into those heavy type. best for travelling

What is your budget?

<$100 - Fancier, should be ok for your current setup (In china shopping malls, it goes for $50)
<$200 - Benro A350EX with ball head
<$350 - Manfrotto 190Pro with the usual 468C or 486 ballhead or Benro M058 + Kseries ballhead
<$550 - Benro Travel angel C069 + Ballhead or Gitzo...

Do get a tripod with loading capacity of >5kg. In the event you go FF or get a 24-70 lens, your tripod can still be used! Cheers
