D90 or D5100??

If info so far is correct,
D5100 should be available in;
1) Body only
2) 18-55mm kit
3) 18-105mm kit

Yes, D90 has build in focusing motor.

OH YA, I asked about D90 body last wednesday was quoted 1159 for the body only =), If you want the kit lens you can try BnS? or you compare which is cheaper if you get kit or what lo =D,

The new set of D90 with kit lens is now going at $1588, BnS section have a lot of D90 on sell at $1100-$1300.........making me unable to make up my mind...... D90 or D5100?? but D90 is a 2 years old technology leh......

D90 kit is now selling at around 1300. Body only is selling at around 1000. Some places you can get body only for a couple of bucks below $1000.

One point to ponder is that new 5100 will be so smart that you need little control to get properly exposed pictures..

this will be a hinder for advancement if the user relied too much on it.
