I know a lost cause when I see one, so I'll just let you ramble on. What do I know, 10 years in the computer graphics industry taught me nothing. :)

i will only say this once. keep it civil.

Look forward to see how good is D800E ...

LOL speak like a pro. The reason for those of you that see ''things'' like ''noise'' or ''dry skin'' is because the size of the image is too large and when you zoom out your screen that you're viewing have too little pixels and the image has too much details hence it cram into the tiny pixels that your screen has. That has nothing to do with D800, the girl nor the image but your screen.

Secondly, the girl picture shot with D800 is clearly not over-sharpened, the one with 5D2 was.

Sorry to correct you, but I regularly view, review and correct 40-60mp files on my pc screen and had no such issues.

Sure, blame my screen... :-P

Only 10? ;-)

it is quite obvious that my warning to keep it civil fell on deaf ears.

if there are people here who feels every need to provoke/instigate a fight, or to address every wrong just to start a fight despite warnings to keep things civil, rest assure you will be asked to take a break.

if you don't like what is being said, go read something else. no one is putting a gun to your head to respond.
