D800 Firmware release >

Mine don't seem to have any effect. Checked all the existing fine tuning settings & they are still ok. The "as is" settings were still the best.

Yes, all my photos in the public domain are PPed. Some more, some less - depends. Sharpening is always applied - normally to restore sharpness of downsized photos.

I had a huge problem using my Sandisk SD card to update. The difficulty is copying the files over from my Mac. I dont seem to have a problem w the CF card.

I am hoping to see the improvement over the WB. Been giving me lots of problem. Haha.

are you using the built in SD card reader or a external card reader?

I had problems copying the file into the SD card straight from my lappy's SD card reader slot.

In the end, i used my D800 to format the SD card then tried again and it works.
