for others is it the same?
Second last sentence is incomprehensible for me
Hi tonyong,
I do not have problems comprehending your sentence. Iirc, my 3rd party grips are not rubberized as well. Not too sure about mbd11 but won't be surprised if it did not rubberize the command dial.

The rubber on the battery grip is slightly different from the camera.

Not sure if anyone else experience the same problem, the rubber on my battery is peeling a little, not serious, can repair with a little glue but I expect it to be of better quality than this.
ohoh.. knocked against something?
No, seems more like the glue wasn't applied well and the rubber got loose after some use.
I find that the rubber grip on the battery grip always lose grip with my tripod adapter plate when i shoot in portrait orientation. It tends to slip off, causing my camera to pitch down. Hahhaha![]()
slip off ur hand u mean?

Need to screw in very hard to fully secure it, but i am scared too much force will break the screw thread. But its a nice to have the battery grip, for sumone with "fatter" hands like me.
Tripod adaptor? You mean the mounting plate?
