there's no doubt guangzhou price is much cheaper than sg, including any camera, len, card or whatever. second hand? my friend got 105/2.5 ais at rmb900. check the sg price.
gray set definitly mean no official warranty, but most shops provide a 'shop warranty'.
if you are singaporean and do not go to Guangzhou very often, nikon china warranty, shop warranty, no warranty at all, what's the difference?

btw， now fuji s5pro in guangzhou is around sgd1k (grey set but brand new), even cheaper than d200, someone on my qq got one last week at rmb5200
