Bought my D70 today. Camera and kit lense only. Didn't go for the promotion package. This is because my boss is paying for the camera as my christmas gift.

Later found out that funan is having some promotion for those who spend more than $500 at funan get to buy an ipod for $50. The promotion is on 18/12 and 19/12.

IF i never remember wrongly i saw that brochure regarding that yesterday.... but it was something to do with HSBC right? using their card to purchase or something.... i dun have that card so never pay much attention to read....lol

The bag's internal soft cover I pulled too hard on the same day I got it, it tore slightly at the seams already but oh well, padding's good enough for me to carry and walk around like tourist.

yes yes,,,,i just realised i got the brochure in my bag....haahaa....its not $500.....its minimum purchase of $800 in max. 3 receipt all must within the same day..... $50 ipod is 10GB....but still worth it lar...$50 only...but singapore leh.....i believe the Q starts on Friday night liao....LOL

With the AP promotion, :think: this time looks like I'm going to join the dark side :devil: liao.

The 1GB 80x Lexar, according to eastgear (just as a reference site), is $189. Hence 2x 1GB better than HN's previous promotion of 2GB lexar ($299 at eastgear), in the sense that total costs more, and if you advocate not-all-eggs-in-one-busket.

BTW, any one knows wats AP's practise for VISA? 2% or 3%? or 5% for the DBS or UOB 12mth installment thing?

Forgot to add this, all modes of payment are accepted without any additional charges. One of my friends got a set with CC.

Not sure about the installment thing though.
