For example, for self portrait, set up tripod and put the shutter delay timer at 10 seconds. After expiry of the 10s, the camera will click. My question is whether we can set it to burst 3 clicks or it can only do 1 click when in that mode.

U dun have to do tat if u wanna cam whore :p

Therea a function in d600 menu itself tat allows u to do just tat. I cant rem off hand where isit, but its found at the same page where u would change the self-timer settings. U can set how long the shutter goes off after shutter is pressed, how many shots u wan to take, and even the interval delay between each shots.

Now, tell me u love d600 even more :)

cheapst GSS clip-on should be from tkfoto level2 funan

bought my d700/d7000 less than $20, when i remembered else where all selling $20+

any recommendation of budget lenses to go along with D600?

Is 28-75mm tamron advisable?

Where should be the best price for D600 now with CC.? Kindly advise.

U need the f2.8 ? If not, the 24-85vr is definitely value for money.

Yes 24-85vr is sufficient for general usage.

Yep, 24-85vr is definitely good enough for walkarounds in the day. I did the kiasu thing and took my S95, D600 and available set of lenses (24-85vr, 28/50/85 f1.8, and 70-200/f2.8) to Kyoto/Osaka:

TK, Artwork and SLRR sells GGS, should be under $20. Buy from them before. But clip on for D600 is still not available since I last checked (few days ago). Going to check with them again since I'll bypass there later.

well.. i would love to have constant f2.8 if possible. Nowaday I usually lazy to switch to 1.8 or 1.4, therefore 2.8 would be lovely to have. How much different in terms of costing? I am sure 24-85 won't hunt in low light like 28-75..

if i am not wrong the 24-85 vr is abit more expensive then the tamron 28-75 f2.8 .. i have tried both lenses and both are really impressive lenses, really a tough choice.. but still not up to the pro standard like the nikon 24-70 F2.8... if u got the dough get the nikon 24mm F1.4 and the 85mm F1.4 and call it a day.. they are a level above the nikon 24-70 in term of sharpness and aperture. ;)

28-75 is a very sharp lens.

24-85 is not bad but when you need 2.8, you need 2.8.

24-85vr cost ard 550-600....

Thanks to all the replies. Hope to get the ggs soon :)
