So far never set anything for these functions, be it D600 or previous cameras. I know some do use them to set landscape settings and portrait or monochrome settings, and just turn the knob to these setting when shooting that subject.

It all boils down to personal preference.

Wolfton, as for shutter release, do you also set lock exposure while half press?

I use the AE/AF lock button most of the time, shutter half pressed is left at default mode, so yeah I guess it is.

Heee me too use AE lock button usually shutter is only for focus

Thanks for update bro.

I don't think I will be adding the grip, if I needed weight and bigger grip, would have just gone for the D800 instead. Probably those shooting commercially will find the grip more useful. :)

Battery grip not interested, but I would try up the WU-1b later.

Regarding the Eye-Fi has been tried and no problem for transfer into my laptop an over the wifi.

would probably be useful for those who shoot a lot in portrait position or needs the grip to provide extra battery life. :)

U mean like trying to drive the price down, lol. Who knows, we might see a WTB D600 @ 2100 tonight? :D

Haha yeah, could be. Quite a handful of these people around in BnS lolz.
 

I think it's a trick , cause I offered Much much more then his asking but he rather sell at $2100 .

There is generous people but I dont think someone would be so stupid (seller) as to pass of $300-$400 .:kok::kok:
