No, they don't match the freebies but you can get the kit for $985-$995. Usually will include freebies like 8GB SD card, cleaning kit, tripod, bag. But no dry cabinet, wireless remote and LED light.

I find the wireless remote is not really that useful, although good to have. I rather get the original ML-L3 wireless remote and the remote cable release.... LED Light..... i really dunno if it is useful...

Ya Agreed!! i have two Kingston memory card and one sandisk card so far no problem..
Did you format your card in your camera or computer???
Try format the card using your camera.. it may help...
Thats the 1st problem i encounter also..my sandisk MC is the problem..according to tk photo blue sandisk got problem...

Unless you really need both 35 n 50mm primes, there's no need to get both of them. Either one will do.
got no problem with the blue sandisk card.... try formating the card using your PC first, then format again using your D5100.

Try out your kit lets first.... enjoy... see with you lack of then decide whether to buy or not... times are bad now... need to save more money.
