Wah.. you can see the light, set the exposure and confident to get the exposure right the first time ah? ;p During film days, for some time I was able to do that.. Now digital made me lazy.. Now my estimation usually slightly under one.. Maybe I've become more conservative.. hahaha... ;p

Flash is a bit more difficult, especially non-directional flash. I can only say about 90% accuracy with bounced flash i.e. a confined space like an aeroplane-Economy class, each seat having LCD displays (each acting as mirrors!) and the millions of windows ON BOTH SIDES (and best of all I don't know how much light will go out of these unconventional windows!) all around. Best of all, the ceiling is not even flat!
Digital is making me lazy too. And nowadays I often screw up because I forgot the ISO or left Auto ISO on :angry:
