officially the promo is over. you can call the shops to check if they still have the offer sets to sell to you.

Just made a round of calling for D300 body only.

MS-Color (AMK) = $2400 (as a regular customer)
TK = $2350 (Call as anonymous customer)
AP = $2140 (Call as anonymous customer)
CP = $2570 (Call as anonymous customer)
Lords = $2250 (Call as anonymous customer)

All prices are in Cash (GST included) and with Local Nikon Warranty

I'm not sure whether they will honour what they said over the phone but at least this is wad i've gotten after calling them.
