D3 ISO 3200 macro

My question was with regards to the dust spot found on the photo. I initially thought all the new DSLRs from Nikon are equipped with sensor cleaning features like those found in Olympus.

1) What macro lens are you using?
2) with aperture of f/29, was the blurring photoshoped?

Only the D300 at the moment.

i am using the nikon 105mm micro

blurring is not photoshopped
this was shot at 1:1 magnification, so very little DOF in the first place
f29 maybe give you 0.5mm more
