This month's HardwareMAG (HWM) magazine has a short writeup and PHOTO of the D200. Just came out today (Friday) I think. Looks like the real thing. Says that it will be launched in early 2006. Short on details but some speculative specs given. It's on Page 38.

yups.. i think that a nikon interview with their R&D boss did reveal that it is a cam place just under the D2-series pro cams. Call it an "entry-level" pro cam if you will
