Think this lens with 0.5m minimum focus should work very well with the ZI body and also probably to entice NEX, m4/3 market which has a quite a big market share in japan.

It blocks about 10-15% of the lower right of the M8... Sometimes a little too much for my liking but I m not complaining. It's a very nice lens to use.

I don't think m8 can focus closer then 0.7m so the v2 might not be a selling point but shall see how it render the images.
