I know availability is still limited in SG, but are the retailers still selling at full retail, i.e. around 11k? Wondering as a friend in HK is checking prices.

Thanks for any help.

Much cheaper in HK, about 55 to 58K, exchange rate is about 5.85.

singapore more expensive coz of GST and import tax.

HK less expensive, but more risk unless you got someone there to transact for you.

Prices is HK coming off a little....and the strength of the SGD is helping a bit..:D

HKD5.85 to 1 SGD? that is very good... how to get this rate on the street? Credit card even worse.. 5.75 to 5.8 more likely from money changer unless USD slide below S$1.3 to 1 USD.

anyway cheaper in HK provided one can get their hands on one there... heard that some units locally are exported to HK due to stronger demand there.

That's not always true for items like the M9 which has always been hyped up. When M9 was first launched here, it was SGD$11388 here but some shops in HK were asking SGD$13k-14k because of high demand there, possibly because of consumers from China.

Apparently you missed the "about", which normally means not accurate to most people.

BTW, it is now ABOUT 5.9:p

Tin Cheung has a black one for sale for HKD45K as well, good condition but has a minor ding on the right side near the strap lug.

There are so many M9 on the shelves nowadays. Yesterday over lunch I went to Funan, saw one for sale at the display cabinet in the small photography bookstore on level 1. Then I went to the building next door, saw 2 units for sale at our friendly forumer's shop.
