But is it advisable to buy overseas? warranty valid in SG?

i googled and sony has something called Tourism Limited warranty does it apply to both the body and lens?

was told that at the point of purchase in HK..
i need to request for a Tourist Limited Warranty..
with this TLW..

warranty will be valid in Singapore..

in this case if Nex5 is really only SGD$950+ then its worth it to buy i guess..

If I am not wrong.. They also only have single lens offer.. But street price around 950+ according to a fellow forumer.
